Education and ExperienceSome High School Education requiredAdditional eligibility requirements16 years of age or older Must have a valid Drivers License and be at least 18 years of age to drive a company vehicle. Illinois Graduated Driver License rules will applyCPR/First Aid certification required or the ability to obtain upon hire.

July 2026 SummaryThe Before and After School Counselor creates a safe, fun environment for school aged children. Under the guidance of the Recreation Superintendent, Counselors are primarily responsible for providing and implementing a high quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum in specific program areas, ensuring childrens social, physical and mental development in the program.
