If you're passionate about mentoring children, building meaningful relationships, and helping young people develop confidence and life skills, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
  • Provide daily supervision and support in a structured residential setting.
  • Serve as a positive role model, mentor, and advocate.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and consistent environment.
  • Participate in recreational activities, homework, meals, and daily routines.
  • Help children develop social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on each child's growth and success. Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and youth.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Patience, reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
  • Experience in education, behavioral health, child welfare, residential care, or a related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree is a plus. Schedule This position includes a combination of afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process. Benefits
