Monday through Friday 8am-4pm As an Early Educator - Teacher , you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you'll support the planning and delivery of developmentally appropriate lessons, encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences, and believes every child deserves a supportive environment where they can reach their full potential. You'll play an important role in fostering curiosity, independence, and confidence while helping maintain a classroom that is welcoming, inclusive, and aligned with Massachusetts early education standards and the Seven Hills CARE values of Collaboration, Accountability, and Respect for Everyone.
