Job Description

Northwest Youth Discovery is a small group home for up to 10 at-risk adolescent girls in Bend Oregon. We are looking for one new employee to join our team as a Residential Counselor. We are seeking those passionate about helping us serve our clients in a friendly, supportive, home environment. We offer training, free meals, paid time off, a retirement plan at one year employment, and 1.5x holiday and overtime pay. We strive to hire from within for management positions which offer additional benefits and higher pay. One year of social services work experience and/or some college preferred but not required. This is a great position for students and/or night owls.
