About Us ProSolve Women's Recovery House is a DDAP-licensed, recovery-focused residence for adult women with substance use disorders who are engaged in treatment and working on a counselor-developed home or reentry plan. We provide a safe, sober environment with peer support—not clinical treatment. The Live-In House Manager lives on site to support this recovery-focused environment. You will provide peer support, oversee daily operations, enforce house rules, handle documentation, and coordinate with external partners like probation and treatment providers. What We Offer

At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years in continuous recovery from substance use (if in recovery).
Minimum 2 years of experience working or living in recovery housing, behavioral health, social services, or a closely related residential setting.
Active participation in a recognized recovery program (12-step, faith-based, SMART Recovery, or similar).
Ability to pass all required background checks and comply with applicable regulations. Key Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery principles, and relapse warning signs. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to set boundaries while remaining supportive.
Conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills.
Ability to maintain accurate logs, chore lists, incident reports, and other documentation.
Basic computer and phone skills (email, text, simple online forms). Core Responsibilities Reside on site and be present during assigned hours, including evenings and weekends.
Enforce house rules consistently and fairly.
Conduct regular house checks for safety, cleanliness, and rule compliance.
Facilitate or support weekly house meetings and encourage participation in outside recovery meetings.
Support admissions and discharges according to program policy.
Complete incident reports and promptly notify supervisory staff of emergencies and serious rule violations. Personal Qualities Strong commitment to personal recovery and a recovery-oriented lifestyle.
Reliable, consistent, and able to model healthy, pro-social behavior.
Compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed in working with women in early recovery.
