In this pivotal role, you will foster an Agile mindset across the organization, guide teams through Agile practices, and ensure the successful implementation of enterprise software solutions. Your expertise will drive collaboration, enhance project delivery, and promote a culture of innovation and agility. Duties Facilitate the adoption and maturation of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe across multiple teams and departments. Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to optimize Agile practices and improve team performance. Lead enterprise-wide Agile training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to build organizational agility. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop tailored Agile frameworks aligned with business goals. Support project teams in planning sprints, managing backlogs, and conducting effective retrospectives to foster continuous improvement. Oversee the integration of Agile tools such as Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Project, and Visio for project tracking and reporting. Assist in risk management, release planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Promote best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC), test-driven development (TDD), user acceptance testing (UAT), and enterprise solutions implementation. Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning IT infrastructure, databases like SQL and Oracle, cloud computing platforms such as AWS, and enterprise software systems. Support disaster recovery planning and IT governance initiatives to enhance organizational resilience. Experience Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role with extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and Waterfall methodologies. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise software projects within complex IT environments involving cloud computing (AWS), databases (SQL/Oracle), and IT infrastructure management. Strong background in technical project management with supervisory experience overseeing cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Microsoft Project/Excel/Word/SharePoint for scheduling, tracking progress, and stakeholder reporting. Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis skills, risk assessment, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with project management standards including PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) principles and SDLC processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while fostering a collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management, negotiation abilities for resource allocation or scope adjustments, and leadership qualities to guide teams through change initiatives.
