Job Description
Bankwell seeks Director of Data Analytics to work in New Canaan, CT. Will be responsible for execution of enterprise-wide data strategy, oversee advanced analytics initiatives, data governance practices, data reporting, and integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) technologies. Will design scalable data architectures, manage cross-functional teams, align data initiatives with strategic business goals, provide technical and strategic direction for data warehouse. Min. Req.: Master's degree in management w/ major concentration in data analysis, business statistics, technology management, or closely related field. Min. 6 yrs experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, inclusive of 3 yrs experience managing analytics teams. Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, Python, R, Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced AI-powered tools & Copilot Studio required.
