Responsibilities Lead analytics projects to improve food, facilities, and uniform service performance across client sites Collect, clean, and analyze operational, financial, and customer data from multiple systems Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to inform leadership decisions and track performance Partner with operations, finance, and client teams to translate insights into actionable improvements Build and maintain predictive and descriptive models to forecast trends and optimize resources Standardize analytics processes, data definitions, and quality controls across locations Present findings to non-technical stakeholders with clear visualizations and recommendations Support testing of new initiatives and measure business impact of changes Mentor analysts and promote a data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with company and client requirements Required Skills Data analysis Data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) SQLETL and data prep Statistics and A/B testing Dashboard development Predictive modeling KPI design and performance measurement Data governance and quality management Storytelling with data Excel/Google Sheets (advanced) Project management Business intelligence tools Presentation skills
