Program EvaluationQuality Manager North Charleston, SC | Full-Time Help Us Measure What Matters Landmarks for Families is seeking an experienced Program EvaluationQuality Manager to lead program evaluation, performance measurement, data analytics, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and Apricot by Bonterra administration. This position partners with program leaders to transform data into actionable insights that improve services, demonstrate organizational impact, strengthen grant reporting, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop program evaluation plans, logic models, KPIs, outcome measures, and performance dashboards. Administer and optimize Apricot by Bonterra, including forms, workflows, user support, data quality, and reporting. Analyze program performance using data analytics and business intelligence techniques. Create executive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives through audits, trend analysis, and performance reviews. Support accreditation, compliance, grant reporting, and organizational performance measurement. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for program improvement and operational efficiency. Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting, documentation, workflow efficiency, and analytics while ensuring responsible governance and data privacy. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Program Evaluation, Public Administration, Business Analytics, Public Health, Human Services, MIS, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in program evaluation, quality improvement, nonprofit analytics, healthcare analytics, education, behavioral health, or child welfare. Experience administering Apricot by Bonterra or another case management/youth information system. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard tools preferred. Experience with data visualization, KPI development, outcome measurement, research methods, and AI-assisted productivity tools. Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills. Compensation Hiring Range:
