Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of artificial intelligence powered systems and workflows. In this role, you will harness cutting-edge machine learning frameworks, big data technologies, and cloud services to create scalable, intelligent solutions that drive strategic insights and operational excellence. Your expertise will enable the organization to leverage AI models for predictive analysis, natural language processing, and generative AI applications, transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. Duties Design, develop, and optimize AI powered software, workflows in CREDIT using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other machine learning tools to solve complex business challenges. Implement scalable big data systems utilizing Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based machine learning services on platforms like AWS to handle large datasets efficiently. Conduct statistical modeling and analysis using tools like R, SAS, and statistical analysis software to support research initiatives and model evaluation. Develop ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse SQL databases, NoSQL systems, and linked data sources to ensure high-quality data flow. Deploy AI models into production environments through model training, testing, validation, and continuous monitoring for performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data mining projects and natural language processing applications to enhance AI capabilities across products. Utilize scripting languages such as Python, Java, Bash (Unix shell), VBA, and C for automation, data analytics workflows, and system integration tasks. Qualifications Proven experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of big data systems such as Hadoop, Spark implementation, and cloud services like AWS for scalable AI solutions. Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and R for model development and automation. Hands-on experience with SQL databases, ETL processes like Talend or similar tools, and database design principles. Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and generative AI models for advanced analytics applications. Background in statistical analysis tools such as SAS or R for research support and model evaluation purposes. Understanding of data mining methodologies combined with expertise in predictive modeling analysis to generate actionable insights.
