Location Statesboro Campus, Statesboro, GA OR Armstrong Campus - Savannah, GA Department Information Office of Admissions Job Summary Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, Admissions, the Director of Enrollment Technology & Analytics provides strategic leadership for the functional use of technology, data, analytics, and business processes that support undergraduate and graduate enrollment management. The Director serves as the division's lead business analyst for admissions technologies, translating enrollment strategy into technology-enabled solutions that improve recruitment, admissions operations, communication, and the prospective and admitted student experience. Working collaboratively with the Slate Captain, Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, University Communications and Marketing, Institutional Research, Information Technology, and other campus partners, this position identifies opportunities to improve business processes, leverages data to inform decision-making, develops actionable enrollment intelligence, and advances continuous improvement across the enrollment lifecycle. This position serves as one of the division's advanced functional experts for Technolutions Slate CRM, developing complex queries, dashboards, datasets, reports, workflows, and other functional solutions that optimize enrollment operations and support data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities Serve as the strategic business lead for enrollment technologies supporting undergraduate and graduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management, translating operational needs into technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, service, and the student experience Develop, analyze, and interpret enrollment data, CRM analytics, and recruitment performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making across the enrollment funnel Design, develop, and maintain complex Slate queries, datasets, dashboards, reports, prompts, visualizations, and segmentation strategies that provide actionable enrollment intelligence and support recruitment, admissions, communications, forecasting, and operational decision-making Partner with the Slate Captain to design, implement, and continuously improve functional workflows, business processes, communication strategies, and automation within Slate while distinguishing functional business ownership from technical system administration, system configuration, infrastructure, and integrations Collaborate with Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Marketing, Institutional Research, Information Technology, and other partners to improve data quality, system integration, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness across the enrollment lifecycle Conduct business process reviews using technology and analytics to eliminate barriers, reduce manual effort, improve service delivery, and strengthen operational performance through continuous process improvement Develop and implement functional CRM solutions that support enrollment operations, including workflow enhancements, communication strategies, recruitment segmentation, admissions processing, reporting, and enrollment forecasting Evaluate emerging enrollment technologies, artificial intelligence applications, analytics tools, and CRM capabilities, recommending and implementing innovations that enhance enrollment performance, operational effectiveness, and the prospective and admitted student experience Provide consultation, documentation, training, and technical guidance to enrollment staff regarding Slate functionality, reporting, analytics, business processes, and best practices for data-informed decision-making Support enterprise enrollment intelligence initiatives by contributing to future business intelligence platforms, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence implementations, cross-functional technology projects, and enterprise data initiatives across Enrollment, Marketing, and Student Success Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Higher Education Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field Required Experience Five years of progressively responsible experience supporting enrollment technologies, CRM systems, data analytics, business intelligence, or admissions operations Demonstrated experience using Technolutions Slate CRM, including the development of complex queries, datasets, dashboards, reports, segmentation strategies, workflows, prompts, or other functional CRM capabilities supporting enrollment operations Demonstrated experience analyzing enrollment data and developing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and operational metrics that inform strategic decision-making Experience translating operational business needs into scalable technology solutions and business process improvements Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications Master's Degree Preferred Experience Five or more years of experience supporting Technolutions Slate CRM Demonstrated experience developing advanced Slate queries, dashboards, datasets, reports, workflows, portals, and functional CRM solutions Experience with Banner Student Information System Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms Experience with predictive analytics, artificial intelligence applications, workflow automation, and enrollment reporting Knowledge of enrollment management, admissions operations, CRM strategy, and student lifecycle analytics Proposed Salary $80,000 This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
