Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to design, configure, and implement solutions Lead testing, troubleshooting, and support for quarterly updates and enhancements Manage integrations with third-party systems and ensure data security and compliance Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, customizations, and release management Requirements for the

Oracle HCM Functional Lead:

5-7+ years of HCM experience with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor within Oracle Fusion Cloud 5+ years as an HCM Functional Lead supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules 10+ years of overall ERP implementation and/or administration experience Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, including custom fields and Fast Formulas Experience leading full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through deployment and testing What's in it for you?
