Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst (SAP/TMS)

•Remote position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:

$90.00

•99.00 per hour, W2

This role involves ing a deep understanding of business needs to create and improve process and technology solutions within the Transportation Management System (TMS) space, aligned with a global template. The ideal candidate will guide business customers through case development, support third-party carrier payment integration, and gather requirements for new deployments.

Responsibilities:

an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/orposition of better process and/or technology solutions in the

TMS / OBC

space, always aligned with the Global template

Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis

Support the Mastery/TM 3rd party carrier payment integration, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution

Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional product lines

Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned objects

Support, test, and enhance simple to moderatelyplex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality

Maintain detailed documentation and provide new user training on supported applications as requested

Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations

Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests, as well as cutover and hypercare support

Requirements:

• 4 years IT business analyst road TMS experience
• 1 year SAP FTM experience
• 2 years TMS integration experience
• Proven ability to work with cross-matrixed teams work to bepleted in the CST time zone
• Excellentmunication, organization and thought delivery skills
• Self-starter with proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questions and team leverage
• Efficient time manager with strong collaboration skills

Desired skills:

SAP TM experience

Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience

Snowflake Integration experience
