Role Summary We are looking for an SAP Master Data Analyst with three to four years of professional experience to oversee the governance, maintenance, and coordination of essential supply chain and manufacturing data. You will ensure end-to-end precision across platforms like SAP/ECC, OMP+, and sIDMa, directly facilitating shop-floor execution, production planning, and quality releases within our regulated manufacturing setting. Core Responsibilities Manage and generate vital GxP manufacturing data elements within SAP/ECC, such as Bill of Materials, Material Masters, Routing standards, Master Recipes, and Work Centers. Assess new product introductions and change requests to help the team understand technical data feasibility and the resulting impact on finance, inventory, MRP, and scheduling. Oversee the synchronization and reconciliation of data across the sIDMa repository, OMP+ planning tools, and SAP ECC. Serve as the main contact for resolving interface issues, transactional failures, and data discrepancies to help maintain operational stability and data integrity. Perform User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and update standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement in data management. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Planning to ensure all data activities consistently meet GxP, cGMP, and site quality requirements. Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Three to four years of focused experience working as a Master Data Analyst or within Master Data Management. Practical knowledge of SAP ECC, specifically in managing supply chain and manufacturing master data like Recipes, BOMs, and Material Masters. Background working within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Medical Device manufacturing sectors. A strong grasp of change control processes and GxP or cGMP regulatory standards. Must be able to maintain a hybrid work schedule, including three days per week at our Malvern, PA facility.
