Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite ERP) Martor USA | Green Bay, WI Martor USA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our NetSuite ERP system while helping improve business operations through technology. This role will lead EDI implementations, support system integrations, maintain customer and vendor portals, and identify opportunities to automate processes across the organization. You'll work closely with multiple departments to improve efficiency and support continued business growth. Responsibilities Administer and support NetSuite ERP Create reports, dashboards, workflows, and saved searches Lead EDI implementations and maintenance Coordinate ERP upgrades, integrations, and enhancements Maintain customer, vendor, and distributor portals Identify and implement process improvements and automation Support system users through training and troubleshooting Document system processes and procedures Partner with internal departments to improve business systems Qualifications 1-5+ years supporting ERP or business systems NetSuite experience preferred EDI experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay plus bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment

Pay:
