On-Site Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.

Leadership:

Design:

Takes responsibility for having a thorough understanding of the proposed design for the solution in which they participate. Requests support to ensure they are complying with the design or making good design decisions in context.

Optimization:

Asks for and understands performance expectations regarding the tasks they are assigned. Aware of the performance level of the deployed solutions.

Technical Tutoring:

Identifies personal gaps and communicates them to leaders for support. Is diligent in the search for knowledge and actively works to close identified.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and decision-making. Work closely with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Delivers and maintains high-quality data reports and visualizations on time to the business. Collaborates with business partners to identify areas in which business intelligence efforts can add business value and delivers high-quality data visualization solutions. Interacts with relevant internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements for providing personalized data information. Analyzes data using the latest analytics and business intelligence techniques. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in complex datasets to enable business to make data-driven decisions. Implements tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) that help data consumers extract, analyze, and visualize data faster through efficient data pipelines. Helps business define KPI rules and harmonize and reliably-track KPIs across the organization. Automates reports to improve efficiency and builds real-time refreshing reports to provide timely insights to businesses.
