IT Support Assistant Location:

What You'll Be Doing Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment Install and configure Microsoft 365, security software, and standard business applications Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, password resets, and MFA Troubleshoot basic computer and network issues and escalate complex problems when needed Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and equipment assignments Prepare, package, ship, and receive IT equipment for employees and field locations Create and update user guides, setup instructions, and support documentation Coordinate equipment orders, returns, and warranty claims with vendors Keep accurate records of support requests and daily activities What We're Looking For Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs, IP addresses) Strong customer service and communication skills Organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating with the IT Manager Experience with inventory management or ticketing systems is a plus Previous help desk or IT support experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate Work Environment Full-time, onsite in our Foley, Alabama office Occasional lifting and moving of computers, monitors, and other equipment (up to 30 lbs.)
