This is an in-person position.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

1. Provide support including servicing servers, workstations, and networking equipment. 2. Ability to work directly onsite with customers. 3. Ability to work cohesively within a high-performance team environment. 4. Good analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills. 5. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and a variety of basic Microsoft software packages. Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and networking is desirable but not required.
