Job Overview:

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to help support one of our clients. This position will be 100% on-site in Honolulu, Hawaii. There may be occasional work outside of normal business hours. The ideal candidate will be available on weekends and open to on-call after hours support if needed. This role is 100% onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tier 1 technical support to end users
• Provide hardware and software support and troubleshooting
• Provide phone and remote IT support
• Provide a high level of customer service and communication to end users
• Utilize ticketing system and documentation The top skills and qualifications are: Previous experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues Previous Break/Fix experience Previous experience with hardware and software upgrades Previous experience with imaging PC's Previous experience with ticketing system and documentation Good communication and customer support experience At least 1 year of desktop or help desk experience If you have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
