40 Remote What's the Job? Provide technical support for clinical systems and applications to ensure seamless healthcare operations. Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement system updates and improvements. Document support activities and maintain accurate records of system issues and resolutions. Participate in training sessions to enhance user proficiency and system utilization. What's Needed? Previous experience supporting clinical or healthcare information systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
