We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver and is able to work independently and also within a team environment to successfully address challenging server, networking, computer and other technology issues. Our technician will be responsible for client onsite and remote support services, maintaining user up-time and improving computing experiences through effective maintenance, problem identification, and resolution activities. Candidates must be energetic and focused with a strong motivation, dedication and persistence. This position is a full time position with the opportunity of becoming a direct hire as an employee . Minimum Skills Required:

• Two to three years experience in the Information Technology field
• Experience with server support, networking, and cyber security
• Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients, end users, and vendors
• Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
• Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible
• Experience with Microsoft, Dell, HP, Cisco and Citrix technologies a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Background check and drug screen required
• Reliable transportation

This Position Entails:

• Network and Systems Support
• Troubleshooting user problems remotely and on-site
• Accurate documentation of all activities conducted
• The ability to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support our clients' networks, equipment, software and services
