Full Job Description Hardware Tech, Trainee Summary:

We build the systems our customers run their businesses on, empowering them to grow more profitable washes through smarter products, dependable service, and a team that has their back. Our product suite includes all the software needed to run and grow a wash along with the related hardware and support services that keep it all running.

• We are seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Hardware Tech Trainee.

This entry-level role involves assisting with the maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of car wash hardware and related equipment. You will work closely with experienced technicians to develop the skills and expertise needed to support our car wash systems and ensure optimal performance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and testing of computer equipment
• Learn basic processes and procedures of the department
• Troubleshoot and identify mechanical or technical issues with equipment under the supervision of senior technicians
• Learn to operate computer repair tools
• Understand how to image hard drives
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory
• Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are followed while working on hardware
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support in cleaning and organizing tools, spare parts, and the workspace

Skills & Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Quick learner
• Familiarity with G- suite
• Basic understanding of Windows and BIOS operations
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's license is preferred for on-site support tasks

Job Type/Schedule:

• Full-time; Monday to Friday; 8-hour shift; Day shift

Pay:

$21.32 per hour
