Office Manager & CFO Daily Help Desk & User Support1.

Help Desk & User Support User Base:

Approximately 60 corporate staff and 60 retail managers.

Devices:

macOS (MacBooks), Windows (Dell and Lenovo), and ChromeOS (HP Chromebooks).

Core Systems:

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Zoom.

Responsibilities:

Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user hardware and software issues. Provide basic access support, including password resets, 2FA, and application login issues. Provide day-to-day technical support to corporate and retail users. 2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding — System Access Only Onboarding Create user accounts and assign standard permissions. Provision access to Google Workspace, Zoom, and primary business applications. Offboarding Immediately revoke system access upon notification. Disable user accounts and logins. Terminate application licenses and access as required. 3. Hardware Procurement & Inventory Coordinate hardware and accessory orders through preferred vendors in collaboration with the Company Office Manager . Perform basic setup and provisioning of new laptops for incoming employees. Maintain accurate hardware records in the Company's source-of-truth inventory documentation . Track assigned equipment and accessories as needed. 4. Partner & Retail IT Escalations Work closely with the retail MSP to resolve store IT support tickets. Serve as the primary support contact for: Point-of-Sale systems (Square) Music systems iPads Digital menu software and hardware Use the Company Vendor Contact Matrix to identify and route retail or specialized IT issues to the appropriate vendor or technology partner. Coordinate escalations and follow up with vendors to ensure issues are properly addressed.
