Job Overview Ganymede Technologies Corp. is seeking a full-time Customer Support/Help Desk/Computer Specialist in our office in Bucyrus, Ohio . We are a growing company who has been in business for 30+ years who's on a mission to make retailers' business management easier with point-of-sale inventory management software that help them grow! If you are detail-oriented person, like to help customers resolve their computer problems, this is for you. Duties Network management using remote customer support covering the United States Requires experience with Windows 11, Windows Server, network management, and network monitoring Managing computers using software to monitor the status of customer computers throughout the United States. Shared after-hours customer cell phone support is part of this position. Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails Identifying computer problems such as printers, scanners, software issues, credit card processing problems, etc. and resolving those issues. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required IT experience or education on managing computer networks is helpful Ability to communicate, understand and diagnose remote computer problems required.
