The IT Helpdesk Technician will support an active ERP implementation to include preparing all computers and associated equipment (configure and install), assisting internal associates with Desktop/Laptop, printer, handheld scanner, scale and similar equipment issues. Support all operating systems and applications (Windows 10/11, Office365, Production Equipment OS' etc.) Pay range will be $55,000
- 60,000k annually with great growth opportunity! Day shift, onsite! Immediate need for this role, apply today! To be successful in this role the IT Helpdesk Technician will have:
- An Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ yr experience in similar role and/or with Network Functionality, Windows 10/11, Wi-Fi, Office365, TCP/IP
- C# experience is a plus
