This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure while ensuring secure, reliable connectivity across multiple locations. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support enterprise WAN and LAN networks. Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies. Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Investigate and resolve complex network issues through root cause analysis. Partner with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure projects and operational initiatives. Maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices. Support voice, video, and data networking environments. Participate in network modernization and optimization efforts. Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field. 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure. Strong experience with routing, switching, WAN technologies, and network troubleshooting. Experience designing and maintaining large-scale network environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience. Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or similar).
