In this role, you'll provide first-line technical support to internal customers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to internal customers via the internal ticket system, phone, email, and in-person communication Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner using a queue-based system (e.g., JIRA) Document and track technical support incidents using a ticketing system Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues Monitor and maintain the performance and security of technology systems Participate in the patch management process to ensure all systems (including servers) are up to date with the latest security patches and software updates Perform basic user management tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts and permissions Perform basic systems administration tasks, such as monitoring system logs, backups, and performance metrics Perform basic server-side tasks, such as updating software and security patches, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues Participate in IT projects as needed

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or a related field Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Basic knowledge of server-side systems and technologies Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Strong documentation and problem-solving skills Familiarity with queue-based systems (e.g., JIRA) Basic understanding of user management and systems administration principles Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to travel between BPG locations (approximately 25% travel) This job description is intended to provide an overview of the position and its primary responsibilities. Pay:
