The IT Support Specialist will resolve day-to-day technology issues, prepare and support employee devices, assist with user access and phone systems, and keep technology standards consistent across assigned locations. Follow established IT security standards, including access-control, device-handling, and escalation procedures. Identify recurring issues and escalate patterns or higher-impact incidents promptly. Assist the Systems Team with local projects, site moves, device refreshes, and technology rollouts. What We're Looking For Two or more years of hands-on IT support, desktop support, help desk, or similar technical experience. Strong working knowledge of Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, Outlook, printers, hardware troubleshooting, and user support. Experience with device setup, software deployment, account support, and basic networking concepts. Comfortable working directly with non-technical users in a fast-paced business environment. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests while communicating clearly. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between assigned dealership locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting automotive dealerships, multi-site organizations, or other high-volume operational environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint-management tools, or ticketing systems. Experience supporting VoIP phone systems.
