Primary characteristics Early-career or developing technical resource Works best with established process and supervision Builds discipline in communication, documentation, and triage Learns the client environments, tools, and support workflows Core responsibilities Answer inbound support requests and create or update tickets Perform basic user support and troubleshooting Escalate issues with appropriate notes and context Respond to standard monitoring alerts and routing actions Follow SOPs for ticket handling, communication, and documentation Support routine user administration and onboarding/offboarding tasks Expected focus Customer interaction Process adherence Ticket hygiene Foundational troubleshooting

Compensation Range:

$18.00-$22.00/hour
