  • Long-term with potential to convert to full-time Waypoint is hiring a System Support Administrator to join a tight-knit IT team in Green Bay.

This isn't your average support role, it's a hands-on, growth-friendly contract with a real path to a. What You'll Actually Do Tackle 10-20 support tickets a day, from basic requests to deeper troubleshooting Set up workstations, create VMs, manage user accounts, and handle Active Directory Use Microsoft tools like Azure, Intune, Group Policy, and MECM Help out with system admin work on a few industry-specific apps (we'll train you) Collaborate with the security, networking, and infrastructure teams Why You'll Like It Here Laid-back, team-first culture
