Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS
14 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS
13 grade level in the federal or private sector.

Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.

Specialized experience must include the following: Leading technical support services projects to enable the implementation and sustainment of secure, reliable, and resilient multi-provider cloud services that enhance mission effectiveness and improve IT efficiencies. Managing costs, schedules, performance, and technical risks associated with commercial cloud and DevSecOps platform centric projects. Leading multi-provider (AWS/Azure/Low Code Application Platform) cloud solutions efforts by architecting services to ensure that cloud solutions are aligned with mission application business needs and are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and reliable. Leading multi-provider migration engineering services? and execution of migration plans for moving mission applications, data, and infrastructure to an enterprise cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Low Code Application Platform). Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of DevSecOps deployment platform processes to deliver high-quality software solutions at scale. In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the competencies listed below. Attention to Detail
