Integration Specialist

Job Description

About Care Predictor At carepredictor.com, we have built an AI Operating System for Behavioral Health that empower organizations to hire better, improve employee performance and run their operations more efficiently. Our platform relies on secure, real-time healthcare data infrastructure. We are looking for a B2B Integration Specialist to seamlessly connect our platform with our behavioral healthcare clients' existing software ecosystems. Role Overview As an Integration Specialist, you will bridge the gap between Care Predictor's platform and our clients' core business tools (including EMRs, HRIS, and CRMs). This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and exceptional client communication. You will manage data mapping, troubleshoot APIs, and guide enterprise users through a seamless technical onboarding experience.
What You Will Do Clinical Onboarding:
Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and provide "white-glove" deployment support of Care Predictor's APIs for enterprise hospital networks and telehealth platforms.
Health Information Architecture:
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design secure, compliant, custom workflows that integrate external client data pipelines with our core platform.
Performance Troubleshooting:
Act as our "Log Detective." Use observability tools to monitor pipeline health, resolve API latency bottlenecks, and ensure data transmission stability and security.
AP & Interoperability Advocacy:
Review complex external health system architectures, identify gaps in client data configurations, and provide actionable feedback to product teams to improve onboarding features.
Technical Liaison:
Serve as the final escalation point and trusted technical advisor between clients' IT departments, third-party software vendors, and internal Customer Success units.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills APIs & Webhooks:
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data exchange protocols.
Testing Tools:
Hands-on experience using tools like Postman or Insomnia to test, validate, and debug API requests and responses.
Coding Foundations:
Familiarity with a programming/scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript) to read code and parse data.
Data Formats:
Comfort working with JSON, XML, and standard data structures.
Professional & Power Skills Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, set clear milestones, and meet strict deadlines.
Communication:
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Systems Integration Engineer.
