8+ years of Platform Engineering / DevOps / SRE experience
Strong cloud background (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS also considered)
Terraform or Pulumi
Python, PowerShell, Go, or Bash
Heavy CI/CD pipeline experience (manager specifically called this out as a must-have)
Infrastructure as Code
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, certificates, security)
