Act as an infrastructure escalation point during major incidents, partnering with site teams, service providers, and technical stakeholders to accelerate recovery. Identify recurring issues and work with vendors and internal teams to reduce incident frequency and improve service stability. Translate technical issues, risks, and recommendations into clear business-impact language for non-technical audiences. Support execution of global IT strategy while balancing local operational and factory needs.
