This resource will serve as one of the engineers for Microsoft Teams voice, Teams Rooms, and enterprise AV collaboration technologies. The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable voice and collaboration solutions, including Teams calling, routing, and conferencing systems. It also leads conference room technology strategy, including room design, equipment standards, and lifecycle management. The role partners with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable, compliant services while supporting troubleshooting, system enhancements, and device management through tools like Microsoft Intune. Candidates must be able to go onsite to Harrisburg, PA 2 days per week.
