Job Description What are we looking for?

A hands-on CyberArk / Idira PAM Engineer who can help mature and expand their Privileged Access Management program.

They need someone who can get into the platform and do the work, not just oversee PAM from a high level.

Day-to-DayInsight Global is looking for a Idira / Cyberark Engineer to join their clients team. This person will be implementing, coordinating, and onboarding all aspects and phases of the Idira's (formerly CyberArk) Privileged Access Management (PAM) privilege cloud solution rollout, and operational tasks.

• Manage and support the CyberArk / Idira Privilege Cloud PAM environment
• Onboard service accounts and privileged accounts and manage credentials/password rotations
• Help expand SIA (Secure Infrastructure Access)
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the PAM platform
• Work tickets through ServiceNow and follow change-management processes
• Review and improve PAM documentation, policies, and processes
• Cross-train with other security/IT teams and help drive PAM adoption
• Monitor platform health and report on metrics/KPIs
• Help mature the overall PAM program and improve security processes
• Longer term, support initiatives around Secrets Hub / Conjur Secrets ManagerFirst 90 days: Heavy focus on documentation review, building out documentation, learning the environment, and cross-training. From there, they'll transition into more day-to-day engineering, account onboarding, platform support, and continuing the SIA rollout. Skills and Requirements
• 3-5+ years hands-on CyberArk / Idira experience
• Strong PAM / Privileged Access Management knowledge
• CyberArk implementation experience
• Experience with SIA (Secure Infrastructure Access)
• Experience onboarding service/privileged accounts, managing credentials and password rotation
• Cloud experience, ideally Azure / Active Directory
• Can clearly explain what they have personally configured, implemented and troubleshot
• Privilege Cloud / PCloud experience or certification
• CyberArk Defender / Sentry certification
• SailPoint / IGA
• Conjur / Secrets Manager / Secrets Hub
• ServiceNow
• PowerShell, Python or

REST API

• Financial Services background
• Experience with

PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA
