Performs configuration, scripting, analysis, installation, and administration of ETL tools.
Assist in establishing data quality measures, data cleansing processes and governance with the DBA and Development teams.
Works with other technical teams to build objects and integration points within an Enterprise DataMart\warehouse solution.
Help determine, enforce, and document data policies, procedures, and standards using data flow tools such as Visio.
Effectively communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with both technical and business teams as well as auditors.
Support key components of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Ensure minimum necessary and best practices are being followed from a security perspective.
Establishes critical strategic and operational goals; develops and implements new products, processes, standards, or operational plans to achieve strategies.
Perform other related duties as necessary.
Ensures service level agreements are met for internal and external clients.
Provide junior Data Engineers guidance when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate degree and seven years of Data Engineering.
Experience working within Azure data factory required.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools especially SQL\SSIS\SSRS and SSAS.Experience in creating complex SQL Databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
If no degree, a minimum of seven years of experience in Data Engineering.
Extensive knowledge transforming data between different data types.
Extensive knowledge working with Data Marts and Data WarehousesHighly organized and responsible.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
Self-starter who can multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to be highly productive in a fast-paced environment.
