Full Job Description Working Locations & Working Hours:

Suwanee, GA 30024 | 9:00-6:00pm Decatur, GA 30034 | 9:00-6:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm 【岗位职责】 数据收集与整理 ：负责对接分拣组，收集并整理现场作业数据及信息；建立并维护各类运营台账（人力、产能、异常等）；进行人员工时核对、统计及基础数据输出。 劳务与物资管理 ：负责外包劳务对接、交班安排及到岗跟踪；负责物资登记、发放及库存管理（入库 / 出库台账）。 信息传递与跟进 ：保障信息传递准确及时，支撑现场运营决策；跟进关键事项执行情况，形成闭环反馈。 【任职要求】 英语与普通话流利，美国本地学习经历优先 具备 Excel 基础操作能力，熟悉R,Python 者优先 注重细节，沟通表达能力良好 能熟练在系统中处理库存及物流作业，包含异常数据报备 数据分析、统计学、商学或相关领域本科学历优先 能适应快节奏工作环境，高效管理时间并合理安排任务优先级 Responsibilities 1. Data Collection & Management Liaise with the sorting team to collect and organize on-site operational data and information Establish and maintain various operation ledgers (including manpower, capacity, exceptions, etc.) Conduct staff working hour verification, statistics, and basic data output 2. Labor & Material Management Manage communication with outsourced labor vendors, arrange shift assignments, and track attendance Responsible for material registration, distribution, and inventory management (inbound/outbound ledgers) 3. Information Communication & Follow-up Ensure accurate and timely information delivery to support on-site operational decision-making Follow up on the implementation of key tasks and form closed-loop feedback Requirements Proficient in both English and Mandarin Basic Excel operation skills; familiarity with SQL is preferred Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in handling inventory and logistics operations in the system, including reporting abnormal data Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Business, or related fields is preferred Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks reasonably
