This role is responsible for supporting the integrity, consistency, and operational reliability of data used across institutional analytics systems. The position focuses on executing data validation processes, maintaining data workflows, and ensuring accurate reporting across platforms such as Excel and Power BI. This position is well-suited for an early-career professional interested in developing skills in educational data operations, reporting systems, and learning analytics within a collaborative higher education environment. Working under the direction of the Director of Design and Process Enhancement, this role applies established data standards, supports survey deployment and evaluation systems implementation, and contributes to ongoing improvements in data quality and reporting processes.

: Data Quali ty & Val i dat i on : Operate and ma i n ta i n assessment platforms (e.g., PowerB I , Dashboards, ExamSoft , Excel, LMS data, survey tools , EP I C ) for long i tud i n al track i n g of student performance and curr i cular effect i veness. Execute rout i n e data val i dat i on, clean i n g, and qual i ty assurance processes across mult i ple data sources (e.g., Qualtr i cs, ExamSoft , LMS, Excel) . I dent i fy , troubleshoot, and resolve data i n cons i stenc i es, m i ss i n g data, and structural i ssues . Apply establ i shed data standards, nam i n g convent i ons, and formatt i n g rules to ensure cons i stency across systems . Support recurr i n g data workflows and report i n g processes.

Data Management & Systems Support :

Support the ma i n tenance of dashboards and report i n g systems (e.g., Power B I , Excel-based reports) used for academ i c and operat i onal dec i s i on-mak i n g . Prepare, organ i ze, and transform datasets for report i n g and analys i s . Ass i st i n ma i n ta i n i n g data structures that support long i tud i n al track i n g of learner performance . Document data processes, workflows, and system updates to ensure cont i n u i ty and transparency . Report i n g & Analyt i cs

Support :

Generate rout i n e and ad hoc reports to support faculty, comm i ttees, and leadersh i p . Ass i st i n i dent i fy i n g trends, patterns, and data gaps to support dec i s i on-mak i n g . Support the preparat i on of recurr i n g reports (e.g., course/module performance, EPA evaluat i ons, attendance track i n g) . Survey & Evaluat i on

Support :

Bu i ld and ma i n ta i n surveys and evaluat i on tools us i n g platforms such as Qualtr i cs or s i m i lar systems . Ensure cons i stency and accuracy i n data collect i on i n struments across report i n g cycles . Support the i mplementat i on and track i n g of feedback and evaluat i on processes . Handle data ed i ts and user r eq u ests for changes (ed i ts/removal) of data. Work w i th users about data changes and updates. Accred i tat i on & Cont i n uous Qual i ty I mprovement

Support :
