This role combines data engineering, reporting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process improvement using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Airtable, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate is someone early in their career who is excited to work across data, systems, and emerging AI technologies. You'll help build and integrate data solutions, develop automation workflows, explore practical AI applications, and create scalable systems that improve how our teams work and make decisions. This position will help shape how technology is used throughout the organization by identifying opportunities to improve business processes through data, automation, and responsible AI adoption. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related technical field Early-career professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply SQL experience Python (PySpark preferred) JavaScript or another scripting language REST APIs and JSON Power BI or similar BI platform Understanding of relational databases and data modeling Strong analytical and communication skills Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) Able to work onsite in East Orange, NJ five days per week Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Fabric Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI tools Airtable Microsoft 365 Data warehousing/lakehouse concepts Git LLM workflows Data governance Responsibilities Build data pipelines and datasets Develop reporting solutions Create workflow automations Develop system integrations Build internal tools Partner with departments Evaluate AI solutions Improve data quality Document solutions Research emerging technologies Additional Information Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background screening.
