Academy of the Holy Names, the Capital Region's only all-girls, private, college preparatory school for grades 6-12, has an immediate opening for an Institutional Advancement Administrative and Data Specialist to work closely with the Advancement Team. The ADS maintains record-keeping systems for optimum accuracy and efficiency; utilizes basic accounting/budgeting skills; researches and identifies prospective donors; pulls department reports; and assists with and attends school and fundraising events. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in fundraising and relationship building. Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Greater Giving fundraising software or other CRM is preferred. This is a twelve-month, part-time position with a work schedule of 27.50 hours per week.
