Job Description Insight Global is looking to add a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator to support a large-scale data migration initiative within a complex global environment. The migration involves consolidating Salesforce data from legacy systems and acquired organizations into a centralized Salesforce platform. The data is transactional, including order management data, product information, custom objects, licensing information, and installation records, etc. This person will partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and support the successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements and migration efforts. A significant portion of this person's time will be spent focusing on reviewing and validating data mapping documents, analyzing source and target system relationships, and ensuring data integrity throughout migration activities. They will work extensively with Excel and other data comparison tools to validate records, reconcile discrepancies, and troubleshoot data issues resulting from migration activities. Following migration activities, they will analyze errors, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and coordinate issue resolution to ensure data accuracy and business continuity. In addition to the migration responsibilities, this person will evaluate and implement change requests requiring Salesforce configuration including configuring and maintaining custom fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and permission sets while ensuring solutions align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices. They will also support user acceptance testing, release validation, defect triage, and ongoing platform enhancements. •  5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Administrator experience
•  Experience with large-scale CRM or Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migrations
•  Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, object relationships, and security architecture
•  Experience with data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation activities
•  Proficiency with Excel and data comparison tools
•  Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and enterprise transformation projects
