Rockport, IN Cleveland-Cliffs Steel has an immediate opportunity for a Data Integrity Coordinator at our Rockport Works operation. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of coil production data throughout the manufacturing process. The Data Integrity Coordinator monitors coil movement through production lines, verifies information reported from Level 2 systems to Level 3 systems, and uses exit report data to ensure each coil retains accurate specifications and customer order information.
Summary of Responsibilities :
Investigate and correct tracking errors, weight discrepancies, footage errors, width and gauge variances, coils that fail to report to the shop floor, and coil tagging issues. Perform data entry and maintain accurate tracking records. Enter and report production data. Complete quality reporting activities, including data entry and preparation of report packets. Review, compile, and prepare production reports. Collaborate with departments across the facility to identify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring coils meet customer and quality specifications. Assist Accounting with production-related adjustments and changes. Conduct cycle inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Communicate effectively with operations personnel through both written and verbal channels.

Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required. Advanced proficiency with computer systems and data entry applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new processes and systems. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly engaged team player. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be willing and able to work rotating 4 on 4 off (12 hour) work schedule (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
