Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into detailed data specifications, mappings, and flow diagrams Review and optimize existing data integrations and transformation logic Document end-to-end data supply chain processes and data movement patterns Support data governance activities, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and data quality Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and system impact assessments Facilitate project planning, impact analysis, and delivery support Assist with regulatory compliance, audit documentation, and metadata management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data management Proven ability to support enterprise-scale data initiatives Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases Familiarity with data governance, data lineage, and metadata management tools Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and BigQuery Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience supporting data governance or analytics programs Industry experience in financial services or banking Hands-on experience with Alation Data Catalog Knowledge of Ab Initio data flows and integrations Agile delivery experience
