Looking for a senior-level role where your ability to lead, integrate, and influence drives mission success? This role directly supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract, where you will serve as the trusted interface connecting Government customers, program leadership, and technical teams across high-visibility initiatives. What You'll Be Doing The IT Integration Manager serves as a senior individual contributor and trusted interface among Government customers, program leadership, technical teams, and functional stakeholders. This role is primarily responsible for integrating complex information technology (IT), operational, and project-management activities across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive execution of priority initiatives; maintain alignment across scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and technical objectives; and communicate status and decision requirements to senior Government and contractor leadership. Success in this role depends on influence, coordination, technical credibility, disciplined execution, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and customers. The position emphasizes coordination across technical and program functions, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and senior-level customer engagement. Essential Responsibilities Lead integration and execution of complex, high-priority IT and mission-support initiatives supporting MDA customers. Serve as a primary contractor interface for assigned initiatives, coordinating with Government stakeholders, program leadership, technical subject-matter experts, and external partners. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, action-item trackers, dependency logs, risk registers, and decision-support materials. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure technical, operational, and programmatic requirements are understood, aligned, and executed on schedule. Identify integration issues, schedule conflicts, technical risks, resource constraints, and decision points; develop practical mitigation strategies and elevate issues as appropriate. Plan, facilitate, and document integrated product team meetings, technical exchanges, working groups, program reviews, and customer engagements. Prepare and deliver clear, concise briefings, read-aheads, executive summaries, and status reports for senior Government and contractor leaders. Translate complex technical information into decision-ready products tailored to technical, programmatic, and executive audiences. Monitor initiative performance against established scope, milestones, deliverables, and customer priorities. Supporting and managing resource allocations for initiatives by collaborating with Service Delivery Managers. Coordinate with program-control, finance, and contract personnel as needed to support basic schedule, labor, and funding-status inputs; this role is not expected to serve as the primary owner of detailed financial tracking or cost-management functions. Support development and maintenance of program documentation, including project charters, plans of action and milestones, integrated master schedules, risk-management artifacts, and technical or management reports. Ensure work products comply with applicable contract requirements, customer policies, and security requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will:
Have strong written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Be able to work independently, prioritize competing requirements, and operate effectively in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
What You Bring Basic Requirements:
Must have 10, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience May be reduced with completion of advanced education Must have 7, or more, years of progressively responsible experience supporting IT, systems integration, program management, project management, engineering, defense, or federal Government programs. Must have 6, or more, months of experience working in a management or leadership role Must have the demonstrated experience managing or integrating multiple concurrent projects, initiatives, workstreams, or technical efforts in a complex customer environment. Must have the demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct supervisory authority. Must have experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone plans, risk registers, issue logs, action-item trackers, and executive-level status reporting. Must have experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior leaders, Government customers, and technical stakeholders. Must have a strong understanding of IT environments, systems integration, cybersecurity considerations, infrastructure, software-development lifecycles, or related technical disciplines. DoW Secret Security Clearance Desired Requirements:
Have a Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Have a current CompTIA Security+ certification. Have experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency, Department of War, Joint organizations, or other major defense acquisition and technology programs. Have experience as a Task Order Lead, Senior Project Manager, Integrated Product Team lead, Technical Program Manager, or similar role. Have experience supporting IT modernization, cybersecurity, systems engineering, enterprise infrastructure, digital transformation, or mission-system integration efforts. Be familiar with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project-management methodologies. Have experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration and project-management tools. Why LaunchTech?
