The Transition Manager leads activities across North America ensuring smooth migration of infrastructure services workplace services field support operations and hosting functions from incumbent teams into steady-state operations. Manage transition activities for offices, plants, warehouses and corporate locations. Lead executive stakeholder communications. Support compliance audit and regulatory requirements. Govern onsite and remote support readiness. Drive infrastructure operational acceptance across all towers. Common Responsibilities Across All Four Roles Transition Governance Own regional transition plans and execution. Maintain RAID logs and mitigation actions. Conduct weekly governance reviews. Ensure milestone achievement and contractual compliance. Knowledge Transfer Management Plan and execute KT activities. Validate process documentation. Conduct service readiness reviews. Ensure successful knowledge retention. Operational Readiness Lead Day-1 planning. Manage Hypercare support. Drive stabilization activities. Monitor early-life support performance. Stakeholder Management Build relationships with business leaders and tower leads. Conduct customer-facing transition reviews. Escalate risks and dependencies proactively. Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in IT Engineering or related discipline and 15 years of related experience in the areas below: . Service Desk Digital Workplace Field Support Hosting Services Cloud Platforms Network Services Cybersecurity Services Data Center Operations Success Metrics Transition Milestone Achievement Day-1 Readiness Hypercare Success Knowledge Transfer Completion Risk Mitigation Effectiveness Customer Satisfaction Resource Onboarding Success Service Acceptance Sign-off SLA Achievement During Stabilization Certifications Required ITIL Foundation certification.
