Job Description
- Client Relationship Manager
- Managed IT Services — Massillon, OH
Pay:
$100,000- $130,000 + commission potential Own the relationship. The managed IT services team of a well-established Ohio accounting and advisory firm is hiring a Client Relationship Manager in the Canton/Massillon area, hybrid. What you'll do:
- Serve as primary account manager for a portfolio of managed IT clients
- Run quarterly business reviews covering cybersecurity, IT budgets and roadmaps
- Monitor SLAs and act as liaison between clients and engineers
- Renew recurring contracts and grow new project work What you bring:
- 7-10 years of sales or account management in IT
- Strong grasp of IT and cybersecurity risk
- Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity or Business (or equivalent)
- Security+ or Cloud Essentials a plus Why join:
