Work Group :

This position will serve as the primary project coordination and relationship-management contact between the Technical Sales Support team and the Client Oil & Gas and Mining teams. The individual will build and maintain effective working relationships with these partner organizations, coordinate incoming requests, clarify priorities and deliverables, and provide consistent communication regarding status, risks, decisions, and next steps. The position will also manage the planning and execution of business-process automation initiatives, including the Feedback Tool and other workflow, reporting, and process-improvement projects. The project manager will work with business stakeholders, process owners, developers, and leadership to define requirements, establish project plans, track milestones and dependencies, facilitate decisions, manage risks, and drive projects through implementation and adoption.

Typical task breakdown:
  • Interacting with the Sales and Engineering Manager requests from the COG and Mining teams, interact with the Technical Sales Support (TSS) team as required to respond to the COG and Mining teams. Manage the timelines and task completion of the feedback tool development and various business process automation projects. Interaction with team :
  • Interacting with Mining & Oil & Gas Team (virtual) as well as onsite teammates in Alpharetta. Maybe a trip every now and then for a face-to-face introduction. Team Structure
  • TSS and Developer currently report to Manager Work environment : The office utilizes a traditional cubicle layout with assigned workspaces.
Education & Experience Required:
  • Years of experience: 5-7 years of PMP experience
  • Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred, will accept associate's degree with additional PMP experience.
  • Do you accept internships as job experience: It will have to be project management experience with detailed information of projects/tasks performed.

Cross-functional project planning and execution Demonstrated ability to convert business needs into structured project plans, establish milestones and ownership, monitor dependencies and risks, and drive projects to completion across multiple functional teams. 2. Stakeholder and relationship management Demonstrated ability to build credible working relationships, serve as a dependable point of contact, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate decisions, and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences. 3. Business-process automation and improvement Experience supporting business-process improvement or automation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing coordination, implementation planning, change management, and user adoption. Additional Technical Skills (Required)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications used for project documentation, presentations, collaboration, and status reporting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone plans, action-item logs, risk and issue logs, and executive-level status reports.
  • Experience creating or interpreting process maps and workflow documentation using Visio or a comparable tool.
  • Ability to organize project information in a shared collaboration environment. (Desired)
  • Experience managing projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, databases, workflow systems, or comparable business-automation technologies.
  • Ability to interpret dashboard information and work with developers or analysts to define meaningful status and performance measures.
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, change control, and solution adoption.
  • Experience with Agile, hybrid, or iterative development practices. Soft Skills (Required)
