This Technical Project Manager role coordinates clinical builds and cross-functional readiness for a medical device company's ongoing algorithm and product updates. The role manages mobile device (iOS/Android) processes, OTA/FOTA firmware-update documentation, and cloud monitoring for active clinical studies. Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a technical project coordination role in the medical device industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional coordination to deliver clinical builds for algorithm updates, tracking dependencies and readiness across teams
- Map and document new clinical-build processes, including the phone-reuse set-up process
- Establish repeatable device-capability processes for the iOS and Android phones used in clinical studies
- Define and document how studies use Pod OTA and FOTA firmware-update capabilities
- Coordinate cloud surveillance and monitoring for active clinical studies and drive timely issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science/engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Program or project coordination experience in medical devices, digital health, or another regulated (FDA/ISO 13485) environment
- Familiarity with mobile software builds and device management across iOS and Android
- Strong process-mapping and documentation skills — SOPs, checklists, and workflows
