Job Description This position requires a highly technical SAP ERP Finance subject matter expert with proven experience leading ERP implementations, systems configurations and integrations, finance transformation initiatives, process redesign, and automation projects within a U.S. manufacturing environment. The suitable candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the financial systems roadmap, driving cross functional enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and delivering scalable technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and financial performance. The Successful Applicant The suitable SAP ERP Systems Manager will ideally have the following experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline 10+ years of progressive experience supporting and implementing enterprise Financial Systems 7+ years of hands-on SAP Finance experience in a manufacturing environment Proven success leading full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, integrations, acquisitions, carve-outs, or major finance transformation initiatives Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects and third-party implementation partners Experience integrating SAP with enterprise applications supporting expense management, banking, tax, collections, reporting, and treasury functions Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting Deep expertise with:
